POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Microsoft 365 Administrators motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to administer and secure the Microsoft 365 platform, manage identities, licences and collaboration services, apply compliance and security policies, automate administration and support business users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Manage identities, groups, licences and access in Entra ID.
Apply security, compliance and retention policies (Purview, DLP, MFA).
Manage endpoints and configurations with Intune and compliance policies.
Monitor services, handle incidents and apply patches and changes.
Automate administration with PowerShell and Power Platform tools.
Document configurations and support users and support teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Five (05) to ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.




Hold one of the following certifications: MS-102, SC-300, MS-900.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): AZ-104, SC-900, ITIL 4 Foundation.
Experience with one of the following tools: Microsoft 365, Intune, PowerShell, Azure DevOps.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
