POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for BI Analysts motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to analyze information needs and develop business intelligence solutions, design data models and dashboards, ensure data quality and reliability, automate data pipelines and support users in making the most of their data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze information needs and define indicators and calculation rules.
Design and develop data models, reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines (ETL/ELT).
Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of data and deliverables.
Optimize the performance of models, queries and reports.
Document models, data dictionaries and operating procedures.
Support business users and foster analytical self-sufficiency

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a BI Analyst.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, Secure, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications: DP-700,



Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), AI-102.
Experience with one of the following tools: Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure DevOps.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
