POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Functional Analysts motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to analyze and document the functional needs of solutions, produce specifications and functional models, act as the link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, prepare and run tests, and support go-live.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and analyze the business needs and business rules of solutions.
Produce functional specifications, use cases and user stories.
Model processes, data and user journeys.
Act as the link between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Prepare and run functional and acceptance test scenarios.
Support go-live, stabilization and user training.
Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, Protected, Nexus.




Hold one of the following certifications: CBAP, CCBA.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): CBA, AABA, TOGAF.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.

Language: French and English
