POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for IAM Analysts (identity and access management) motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to administer and secure the organization's identities and access, process entitlement requests, apply role models and least-privilege principles, carry out access reviews and support projects integrating with the IAM solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process requests to create, modify and remove identities and access rights.
Apply role models (RBAC), least privilege and segregation of duties.
Configure and maintain IAM solutions, multi-factor authentication and conditional access.
Carry out access reviews, certifications and monitoring of privileged accounts.
Analyze and resolve incidents and anomalies related to identities and access.
Support the integration of applications with the IAM solution and directories.
Document procedures and access records, and produce compliance indicators.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Five (05) to ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as an IAM Analyst.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban,



Lean, DSDM, Secure, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications: SC-300, CompTIA CySA+.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): SC-900, CompTIA Security+, MS-102.
Experience with one of the following tools: Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
