POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Business Analysts motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to analyze business needs and processes, gather and prioritize requirements, propose solutions and process improvements, support testing and change management, and act as the link between stakeholders and IT teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, analyze and prioritize business needs and requirements.
Map current and target processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Produce business cases, gap analyses and solution recommendations.
Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Engage stakeholders and facilitate working sessions.
Support acceptance testing, training and change management.
Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, Secure, Nexus.




Hold one of the following certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): CBA, AABA, TOGAF.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
