Senior Technical Project Manager (7+ years) to manage complex aviation Agile and Waterfall IT projects for Air Traffic Management systems Join a global technology organization delivering Digital Airport and Remote Tower solutions within the aviation industry. This role manages end-to-end project delivery across global markets, supporting computer-based solutions, project governance, stakeholder coordination, and QA compliance initiatives. The position offers exposure to mission-critical aviation environments, international projects, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing PMO structure. Candidates will contribute to industry-first initiatives supporting advanced airport technologies.

Annual Base Salary Band: $120,000-$145,000 (based on previous years of experience) Must Haves 7+ years delivering

Technical Project Management initiatives with external customers PMP or

Prince2 Certification Agile and

Waterfall project delivery methodologies IT infrastructure, software development life cycles, and system integrations Engineering degree and/or technical background delivering computer-based solutions International travel/work availability up to 25% as needed (Including USA, Mexico and other international locations)





Eligibility to obtain a TN Visa Nice to Have Experience in the aviation IT industry Air Traffic Management Systems compliance familiarity including EUROCAE ED 153 and EUROCAE ED 109A Quality Assurance processes including ISO 9001:2015 or similar

Responsibilities Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure activities Coordinate stakeholders including customers, subcontractors, suppliers, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Define and manage project and product requirements and Change Orders Prepare project reports, dashboards, and project documentation for stakeholders Support PMO processes through project documentation and workflow adherence
