Server / Bartender – Salmon Arm, BC

We are looking for 1–2 friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Servers/Bartenders to join our team at our intimate restaurant located inside a local bowling alley in Salmon Arm, BC.

We offer a welcoming atmosphere, diverse menu, and a fun, community-oriented environment. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in providing great service, and can work effectively as part of a team.

Our menu is mainly Indian-cuisine focused, a well understanding of Indian food could be an asset.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items
- Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions
- Maintaining clean and organized tables, dining areas, and bar areas
- Checking in with guests and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Following responsible alcohol service and food safety practices




- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required

The ideal candidate:

- Is friendly, qualified, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has previous serving or bartending experience (an asset, but not required)
- Is comfortable learning our menu, beverages, and restaurant procedures
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service

Serving It Right: A valid Serving It Right certification is an asset. If you do not currently have your certification, that’s okay — we are willing to have the right candidate obtain it upon starting the position.
