Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver prompt service with a smile
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Manage cash handling accurately, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end




- Assist in food handling procedures to uphold food industry safety standards and prevent contamination
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and handle customer inquiries professionally

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in bartending or serving is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and managing tabs effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
