Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments securely.
- Ensure all food safety and handling procedures are followed diligently to maintain health standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, bar area,



and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as needed, including setting up or breaking down the bar and dining areas.

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments such as bars or casual dining establishments.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety protocols and proper handling techniques.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Experience in bartending or serving roles that demonstrate hospitality expertise and the ability to multitask under pressure.
