Job Overview: We are seeking four skilled and motivated Server/Bartenders to join the BFF team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities: Take food and beverage orders accurately, Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction, Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials, Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation, Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with the MOD, Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area / Prepare and serve beverages to customers following restaurant recipes, Maintain a clean and organized bar area, Check guests' identification to confirm legal BC drinking age, Interact with guests, Handle cash transactions and operate a POS system, Monitor bar inventory and restock as needed, Adhere to all health and food safety standards/regulations.





Experience: Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, Knowledge of safe food handling and food safety regulations, Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation, Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Strong communication and guest service skills / Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
