Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and upselling opportunities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct entry
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow





Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order entry and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, tips, and cash handling accurately
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrating excellent guest services skills
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is a plus but not required
