Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, manage transactions accurately, and create a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a qualified demeanor to ensure a positive dining and shopping experience. Bilingual skills and experience in retail or food service are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele.

Duties

- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and process payments with cash handling expertise
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Upsell menu items or products to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area
- Conduct product demos or showcase merchandise when applicable, especially in retail settings
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including order accuracy, time management, and phone etiquette when handling inquiries




- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive displays and stock levels are maintained
- Ensure proper communication with team members to facilitate smooth operations during busy hours

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, food service, or cashiering preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, or basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with upselling techniques, product demos, or technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.95 per hour
