Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Silverware
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems including cash handling and cashiering
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout service,



including bussing tables and assisting in food preparation when needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Silverware
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
- Effective communication skills and basic math proficiency for accurate billing and transactions
