Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




- Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues professionally

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Experience with food industry standards, serving techniques, and upselling strategies is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting and multitask efficiently
