The successful candidate will act as the day-to-day link between clients, their projects and the technical applications team. They will be responsible for detailed planning, updating documentation, communicating with internal teams and coordinating technical matters with the client. This role is at the heart of operations and ensures the smooth running, rigour and performance of the client and project portfolio. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Technical Director of the Microelectronic Assembly sector.RESPONSIBILITIESClient relations & technical communication: acting as the technical point of contact for a group of clients, analysing requests, preparing quotations, managing orders, attending client meetings, proactively communicating progress and managing expectations.Planning & scheduling: managing detailed planning, optimising resources and making continuous adjustments. Communicating and negotiating with clients regarding manufacturing conditions (yield, throughput, defects, etc.)Governance & project kick-off: setting up projects in internal systems, monitoring the arrival of materials and verifying clients' work instructions (SOW).Documentation & internal communication: setting up documentation and logistics to ensure parts are manufactured, updating documentation, communicating priorities, and producing progress reports.Assessments & preparation: estimating effort and duration, and conducting risk analysis in collaboration with in-house experts.Continuous improvement: operational support,



process optimisation and problem-solving.
