The technician will use correct methods, procedures, and manuals, adhere to safe practices, and work in adherence with the ALS health and safety program.Specific ResponsibilitiesPerform technical support using diagnostic and service manuals under supervisionDo and assist with repairs on analytical laboratory equipmentPerform routine preventive maintenancePerform corrective maintenance tasksCalibration, adjustments, specific measurements, and data logging as requested or required by service manualsDo or assist with checks, repairs, or manipulation with supporting systems like cooling, gas supply, pneumatic and hydraulic systemsElectronic/electrical and mechanical fabrication on custom equipment and toolsAssist with development and do modifications of devices under developmentAssist the team with shop organization and parts storage inventoryUse correct methods in accordance with the established procedures and schedules while ensuring qualityObserve established safety regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedRequired Knowledge,
