Salary: £25,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

2 years previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role

Robust troubleshooting skills across hardware and software

Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

Knowledge of Windows environments

Strong Microsoft Office support experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Microsoft 365 Administration

Linux exposure

Microsoft, Cisco or related certifications

Responsibilities

Provide first-class technical support to users across our business

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Maintain systems and devices

Ensure our IT services run smoothly

Deliver service desk support

Carry out system administration tasks

Provide user training
