Applicants must be comfortable working outside year-round in all weather conditions.What We OfferCompetitive payTool & boot allowanceBenefits + pension planGrowth opportunitiesSupportive work environmentHow You'll HelpComplete maintenance and repairs based on work ordersDiagnose and service brakes, suspension, axles, tires, lighting, wiring, hydraulics, and HVAC/refrigeration systemsRepair trailer bodies and components (doors, frames, decals, etc.)Work independently in the yardDocument work and communicate updates to supervisors/managersCarry out other duties as assigned to support overall fleet operations.Your Skills & ExperienceLicensed Trailer Technician certification requiredRed Seal endorsement is an assetExperience in trailer/transport maintenanceStrong diagnostic and problem‐solving skillsPhysically capable of manual work and tight spacesKnowledge of safety standards and industry regulationsCVIP and/or Class 1 license are considered assetsPrevious experience working within an industrial setting, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the transportation industry.Demonstrated experience in conducting safety inspectionsPhysically fit and able to lift, move, reach, bend, walk, stand, grasp, balance, climb,
