Our culture has been shaped by the passion and integrity of our people.Join Home Trust as Administrator, Shared Services, and be part of our talented and growing team!About The RoleThe Administrator, Shared Services is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and account maintenance activities within the shared services portfolio. This role supports operational efficiency and ensures data integrity across customer accounts by collaborating with internal stakeholders including Contact Centre, Collections, Fraud, Legal, Funding, Renewals, Discharge and Finance.Key ReponsibiltiesTransaction Processing & Account MaintenanceProcess financial and non-financial transactions including adjustments, payments, reversals,



and account updatesPerform account maintenance activities in accordance with established proceduresEnsure all transactions are completed accurately and within defined service level agreements (SLAs)Operational SupportSupport daily operational workflows, including queue management and service request processingGenerate and review system reports to identify and resolve discrepanciesRespond to internal inquiries from departments such as Contact Centre, Collections, Fraud, and FinanceReconciliation & ReportingPerform account and transaction reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completenessInvestigate and resolve variances or exceptions in a timely mannerMaintain tracking logs and provide reporting for operational and audit purposesQuality ControlConduct regular quality checks and audits on processed transactions and account setupsDocument findings and elevate discrepancies to management as requiredSupport adherence to internal controls and risk management practicesConvenience Cheque ProcessingReview and validate convenience cheque requests against client and account informationProcess cheque postings, stop payments, and related servicing requestsEnsure compliance with fraud prevention and operational controlsRisk & ComplianceAdhere to all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and proceduresEnsure all activities align with organizational risk management frameworksEscalate potential risks, control gaps, or policy breaches appropriatelyWhat We're Looking ForPost-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in financial services operationsCredit card operations experience preferredCall centre or customer-facing financial services experience is an asset.Robust financial acumen with attention to detail, including knowledge of credit card operations, risk, and complianceAdvanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
