We’re looking for an Associate Curator to support the management, curation and movement of a significant global corporate art collection spanning Canada, the U.S., U.K. and APAC . Working closely with senior curatorial leadership, Corporate Real Estate teams, artists, galleries and installation partners, you’ll help coordinate artwork across corporate environments while supporting collection management, acquisitions, employee engagement and client initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an arts skilled who combines a strong knowledge of Canadian, contemporary and emerging art with exceptional project coordination and organizational skills. What You’ll Do: Support day-to-day management of the corporate art collection, including database records, archives and valuations.



Assist with artwork selection and bring forward potential acquisitions aligned with the collection strategy. Ensure documentation is complete for new acquisitions and liaise with artists regarding copyright where required. Conduct art-market research, including sales and auction information. Coordinate artwork movements and installations across Corporate Real Estate projects. Work with building managers, galleries, artists, art handlers and installers to ensure projects run smoothly. Plan installations around construction schedules, office openings and project milestones. Track multiple projects and artwork movements while maintaining accurate documentation.
