administering, and supporting Varicent ICM application.Experience or familiarity with Varicent ICM or other incentive compensation management platformsUnderstanding of incentive compensation processes, including rules configuration and workflow managementProficiency in SQL for data analysis and queryingAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and reportingStrong documentation skills for business and technical requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsNice to HaveAccounting and Finance Knowledge - Familiarity with balance sheets, income statements, and financial principlesExperience in Financial/Compensation Systems.
