They are responsible for ensuring the quality of care and managing the activities of the Health Services Department.In collaboration with the People & Culture team, the incumbent contributes to managing absenteeism, CNESST and disability claims, as well as coordinating return-to-work plans and medical accommodations. They also serve as a liaison with physicians, healthcare professionals, and insurance providers.The incumbent plays a key role in prevention and occupational health and safety, including the follow-up of workplace injuries and incidents, first aid, vaccination programs, training, and the promotion of health and well-being in the workplace.
