SOPARA is accelerating its international development, and our next strategic step is North America .

With more than 80 years of expertise in industrial infrared heating, our patented IRM AERO V5 technology , our presence at JEC World 2026 and growing references in high-performance composites, SOPARA is gaining strong credibility within the aerospace and advanced composites ecosystem.

We are now looking for an exceptional Business Development Partner / Commercial Agent to help us build a long-term presence in North America.

Our priority: Montréal and Québec , one of the world's most energetic aerospace clusters.

We are not looking for a general industrial distributor.

We are looking for a senior, highly connected professional within the aerospace and composites industry , ideally with strong relationships across aircraft manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, material manufacturers, integrators and advanced manufacturing companies.

You may be a former:
VP Sales
Business Development Director
Program Manager
Manufacturing Engineering Manager
or an experienced representative of high-value industrial technologies such as AFP, autoclaves, robotics, NDT, automation or thermal processing.





Your mission will not simply be to sell equipment.

It will be to help us establish SOPARA as a recognized North American specialist in thermal processes for high-performance composites .
