Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the metal machining industry, including:CNC programming for both milling and turningExperience working with machine controls such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and HeidenhainStrong practical knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing techniquesJob Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Test and develop cutting tools, machining techniques, and manufacturing methods, with a primary focus on milling applications both before and after heat treatmentDevelop and optimize CNC machine macro programs, with a focus on automation and process efficiencyDevelop machine shop applications and automation solutions in collaboration with the IT teamGuide and support the CAM development teamIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day technical issues within the machine shopSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to machining processes, productivity, quality,



and automationProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to other team members as requiredTravel internationally for short-term assignments as requiredSkills and Qualities
Solid fundamentals in mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, and machining principles
