Responsibilities
Manage a personal lines insurance book, including handling client inquiries, policy changes, and renewals
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to foster retention and satisfaction
Promote recent business growth through referrals and proactive outreach
Collaborate with internal teams on renewal reviews and client updates
Use Epic system for all policy documentation, updates, and inquiries
Support broker responsibilities such as client portal management

Qualifications




Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a personal insurance account manager at a brokerage
Experience managing a book of business
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience with Epic or similar insurance management systems
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Educational background in insurance, business, or related fields preferred
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
