Engage with the Site Operations Committee regularly

Support appointment and privilege recommendations
Ensure health promotion initiatives are implemented
Document and investigate care complaints systematically

Requirements:
Must be an Active Staff member at the hospital
Possess CCFP and CPSBC Full privileges
Experience in healthcare administration
Ability to maintain an inclusive workplace
Familiarity with regional healthcare concerns
