This is an chance to work with a Stellar interdisciplinary team in pediatric oncology research. your core skills for literature searching and critical appraisal are fundamental requirements to data collection and data quality control. you will have a keen understanding of prospective and retrospective cohort studies, case control studies and clinical trials. you have excellent data skill Excel/google SPSS SASs and data cleaning and organization. you have a basic understanding of pediatric cancers and familiarity with treatment modalities. you are able to do chart abstraction, patient screening and consent. understanding of REB/IRB GCP, privacy and research ethics.

As a Research Assistant, you will focus on the coordination of research studies (clinical or non-clinical) from start-up to closure in collaboration with principal investigators and other research team members.



You will be responsible for assisting in preparing and submitting regulatory documents for research studies; performing literature reviews, data searches and environmental scans to support research studies; and monitoring study compliance.

Completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree in a health or science-related discipline. Current registration with the applicable skilled association or college as required.

HERBA. Reference management. Ability to prepare literature reviews and research summaries. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health sciences, epidemiology, public health. REDCap, EPIC training, SPSS or SAS Positive clinical practice and confidentiality and professionalism.

Previous experience with oncology., clinical research or working in a hospital setting. Need excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.
