Key Responsibilities:
Lead EHS training and employee development programs
Monitor workplace conditions and safety practices
Manage EHS documentation and compliance tracking
Conduct audits and report on EHS performance metrics

Requirements:
5+ years of EHS experience; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Manufacturing industry experience advantageous
