Key Responsibilities:
Implement WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
Diagnose collision and refinishing damages accurately
Assign jobs to body technicians as needed
Manage parts ordering and sublet repairs
Maintain high quality documentation in MIS

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years collision estimating experience
Comprehensive knowledge of estimating software
I-Car certification preferred or in progress
Robust customer service orientation
