Join our Sherwood Honda Family as a Service Greeter/Porter and be the welcoming face of our family owned and operated dealership! In this energetic role, you will create a positive first impression for every guest by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth vehicle flow. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an outstanding customer experience, whether greeting visitors, assisting with vehicle parking, using our automated car wash, or supporting our service team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Assist guests with parking their vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring safety and organization
- Guide customers to the service reception area and provide clear directions or assistance as needed
- Support the service team by managing vehicle flow, including moving vehicles within the lot and preparing them for service appointments




- Maintain excellent communication, cleanliness and organization of the service drive area to promote a professional appearance and safety standards

Experience

- Experience working in a dealership or automotive environment is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
