Job Summary

As a Shift Lead, you will be the driving force behind smooth daily operations, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead by example, manage team performance, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied. Your energetic leadership will foster a positive work environment and support the store’s success.

Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards
- Assist with training and developing staff on POS systems, merchandising, cash handling, and customer engagement techniques
- Manage scheduling, payroll processing, and inventory purchasing to optimize store performance
- Oversee cash handling procedures, pricing accuracy, and store cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive shopping experience




- Support marketing initiatives by implementing promotional displays and engaging with community events

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience in retail or food service environments
- Robust knowledge of retail sales operations including POS systems, merchandising, and cash handling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff members for success
- Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving our diverse customer base
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
