Shift Supervisor – Bowl'd Up (Brock University)

Location: Student Union Centre, Brock University, St. Catharines, ON

Pay: $19.00/hour + tips

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (flexible)

Schedule: Monday to Friday only, with weekends off

Bowl'd Up is a fast-casual bowl restaurant with locations downtown St. Catharines and inside Brock University. We're a small, hands-on team that cares about positive food and fast service.

The Role

We're looking for a dependable Shift Supervisor to lead our team during shifts at Brock. Full-time or just two to three days a week both work for us, as long as you take ownership of your shifts.

What You'll Do

- Open and close the store and lead the team during shifts
- Prepare weekly schedules for management approval
- Adjust staffing when it's slow, following company guidelines




- Train new staff and keep food safety and cleanliness standards on track
- Monitor stock, handle routine customer issues, and update management at the end of each shift
- Snap photos and short videos during shifts for our Instagram and social media

What We're Looking For

- Food service experience (shift lead experience is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable taking photos and videos on your phone
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to get it)
