About the Role

Charles Jones Industrial Ltd. is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our Brantford team as a Shipper / Warehouse Support.

This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for preparing and shipping customer orders, organizing and handling materials, maintaining accurate stock locations, and providing general warehouse support.

The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Ensure orders are accurate and properly prepared prior to shipment
- Complete shipping documentation accurately
- Prepare products and materials for outgoing shipments
- Load and unload materials as required
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Ensure materials are stored safely and in the appropriate locations
- Assist with locating and moving products throughout the warehouse
- Support branch staff with warehouse-related requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Safely operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements





- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence is required
- Previous shipping, warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience is an asset
- Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting and material-handling duties throughout the workday
- Comfortable working on your feet in a physically active warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established warehouse procedures
- Forklift experience or certification is considered an asset, but is not required

Compensation

$50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
