Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Short Term Rental/Airbnb Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining short-term rental properties to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment for guests. Duties

- Follow cleaning guidelines and steps
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, door knobs, mirrors, dishes
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all bedding layers are in place, and towels and toiletries are replenished for each guest arrival
- Conduct detailed inspections to confirm that properties meet cleanliness standards before guest check-in
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to ensure readiness for recent guests
- Communicate clearly with your supervisor regarding any maintenance issues or discrepancies observed during cleaning




- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely turnovers between guest stays while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a hospitality setting
- Fluent in English
- Monitor the primary calendar for tracking the shifts or any last minute updates
- Familiar with Breezway and priorotizing completion of it
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple turnovers efficiently
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and ability to handle linens with care and efficiency
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing guest needs professionally
- Having basic cleaning supplies and equipment
- Keep track of supplies and inform supervisor when running low on them
