We are currently looking for a full time Site and Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team.

Position Summary: This candidate works closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate different operational needs which require warehouse management, regular driving, materials transportation, site visits, measurement, and hands-on installation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily warehouse and site activities, including receiving, organizing, picking, staging, and dispatching materials;
- Read blueprints and work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures;
- Conduct site visits, accurately measure window frames and mark guidelines for window coverings installation;
- Provide hands-on assistance with preparing materials, tools, and equipment for scheduled deliveries and installation projects;
- Install, repair prefabricated products, and follow up on outstanding installation work, site work, deficiencies, service and warranty-related operational issues;
- Communicate with site supervisors and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination;
- Support inventory management, stock counts, and material tracking;
- Provide support between the warehouse, construction sites,



and other operational locations as required;
- Monitor material condition and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items;
- Identify and communicate potential delays, material shortages, and site-related issues to management and solve the issues accordingly;
- Gather and organize the materials across the site;
- Perform any additional tasks as required by business needs.

Qualification and Requirement:

- Previous experience in construction, warehouse operations, installation, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting installation crews or working on residential construction sites is an asset.
- Familiarity with construction materials, hand and power tools, and interior finishing products.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and an updated driver's abstract with minimum of 3 years of driving experience;
- Valid forklift, first aid, CSTS and WHMIS and any safety certification are an asset;
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg), using proper lifting techniques and safe material-handling practices;
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with different teams;
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
