About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a substantial multi-sector portfolio. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Canadian Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing business strategy, driving sustainable and profitable growth, and fostering robust client relationships.

This high-impact role demands a leader with a strategic perspective, solid operational discipline, and a proven track record in leading complex, geographically dispersed operations. The role involves full P&L; accountability,



leading a team of senior operational leaders, and ensuring operational excellence, safety, and innovation across the portfolio.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive operational leadership experience, with a focus on multi-site operations, and a history of delivering profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in a complex service setting, such as food services, facilities management, hospitality, healthcare, or education, and a strong understanding of commercial performance, operational risk, and business continuity.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or graduate degree being an asset. The role also requires bilingual capability in English and French, depending on portfolio responsibilities. The candidate should be a visionary leader, adept at problem-solving, and possess the ability to lead through change while maintaining a strong client focus and a commitment to safety, service, and performance.
