Strategic Sourcing Specialist – IT Procurement

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 10–12 days onsite per month.

Key Requirements:
7+ years of IT/Product Technology procurement experience.
Robust sourcing and vendor management experience.
Experience negotiating contracts with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, and other technology vendors.
Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.
Robust strategic sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex global IT sourcing projects and vendor selection processes.
Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and manage strategic technology suppliers.
Conduct financial analysis and market research to support sourcing decisions.




Drive process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
Support and coach junior procurement team members.

Ideal Candidate: A strategic IT procurement qualified with strong negotiation, vendor management, analytical, and communication skills who can independently manage complex sourcing initiatives.
