Southlake Health is hiring a Journeyman HVAC skilled in Newmarket, Ontario. Help maintain the integrity and safety of our healthcare setting through skilled inspections and repairs.

In this permanent, full time role, you will manage and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal air quality and functionality in all hospital operations. A qualified candidate will hold a provincial HVAC certification and have at least five years of experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.

This position requires effective problem-solving and commitment to safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out inspections and repairs on HVAC units
Maintain and operate air handling systems
Execute preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment
Keep accurate records according to safety regulations
Collaborate with Facility Operations staff

Requirements:
HVAC certification or degree relevant to position
At least five years of experience in the field
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems
Proficiency with Mechanical Codes
High school graduation or equivalent
