We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for:FULL-TIME security concierge roles:Schedule 1: Mondays to Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday to Sunday 5:00 PM to 1:00 AMSchedule 2: Wednesdays to Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PMDuties:Maintain the security and safety of the premises by conducting proactive security patrolsProvide superior customer service to residentsMaintain a solid sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premisesConduct hourly patrols and actively monitor camerasRespond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods, elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports.Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow upProactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situationsJob Qualifications:Valid BST (British Columbia) Security LicenseMinimum 1 year Security experienceExcellent verbal and written English language communication skills
