We're currently inviting skilled Affiliate Counsellors to join our clinical team, providing high-quality counselling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children.As an Affiliate Counsellor, you'll work as an independent contractor, delivering clinical services to FSWE and FSEAP clients.Your responsibilities will include:Providing short-term, solution-focused counselling and EAP clinical supportConducting assessments and developing goal-oriented treatment plansMaintaining accurate, confidential client documentationAdhering to FSWE and EAP clinical protocols, standards, and ethical guidelinesWhat We OfferWe take care of the logistics so you can focus on your clients and your professional growth:No office rent – Work from our fully equipped, professional counselling officesFlexible scheduling – You set your availability, including evenings and weekendsAdministrative support – We manage intake, billing, scheduling, and referralsFree clinical supervision – Ongoing guidance and individual supervision available upon request, led by experienced clinicians with over 20 years in the fields of family therapy, trauma, and workplace counsellingProfessional development opportunities –Ongoing training in areas such as trauma, couples therapy, suicide intervention,
