Coordinator, OperationsAs part of the Demand Management team, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for entering and managing all wholesale customer orders for the Aldo/APS Brands. We aim to ship On Time and with the highest level of accuracy to our customers, while providing visibility of issues and delays to our internal teams.We are looking for a motivated, curious & organised associate to join this team.RESPONSIBILITIESProcesses & monitor wholesale customer outbound orders in SAPMaintain an accurate order-book and provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders, using SAP & BI tools, and various ad-hoc Excel reports, as requiredUnderstand and manage specific customer requirements with regard to delivery SOPClosely monitor customer order book to ensure demand is captured for productionCommunicate with DC & logistics teams to understand delays and minimize impact to customersWork closely with the Account Management team to ensure outbound order accuracy and on time fulfillmentProvide Best In Class service by responding to customer enquiries clearly and efficiently,
