Your job isn't to pitch - it's to listen, qualify, and guide. You'll work inbound leads, build relationships with people in difficult situations, and hand off qualified opportunities to our Home Buying Specialists.You don't need a real estate license. You do need to be genuinely good with people. You also need to be the kind of person who takes ownership, follows through relentlessly,
