and knowledge mobilization.Oversees participant recruitment for qualitative interviews.Pursues professional development opportunities and attends training sessions to improve competency and skillsActs as a liaison between the project and interest holders nationally and internationally, including decision-makers in health and justice ministries, community/frontline organizations, clinical and research collaborators.Seeks out and gains cooperation of the program partners and participants.Maintains communication with project members (email, phone and in-person)Organizes in-person and virtual meetings, including preparation of the agenda and minutes.Provides a lived experience expert lens for people experiencing incarceration by considering the relevance of project objectives and activities, ensuring knowledge mobilization products and useful.Represents lived experience expertise at national and international tables.Supervision of project personnel, graduate students and support of lived expertise experts with histories of incarceration.WHAT YOU BRINGHigh School DiplomaLived experience with incarceration in both federal and provincial correctional institutions,
