The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans for patients experiencing episodic illnesses and chronic health conditions.This role offers the prospect to provide direct patient care while contributing to health promotion initiatives designed to improve the health and well-being of individuals, families, and the broader community.Key Areas of Leadership and Oversight:Primary Care Management: Effectively manage the primary healthcare needs of a roster of patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.Clinical Assessment and Treatment: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing medications and therapies.Health Promotion and Prevention: Support and lead health promotion initiatives focused on disease prevention, wellness,



and healthy lifestyle practices.Quality and Professional Practice: Demonstrate and maintain clinical competence in advanced health assessment, diagnosis, therapeutics, and evidence-based patient care.Collaboration and Care Coordination: Work closely with healthcare professionals, community partners, and support services to coordinate comprehensive patient care.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a compassionate and highly skilled healthcare professional who combines strong clinical expertise with sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centred care.
