Reggin Industries is a Calgary-based leader in custom architectural metal fabrication and installation for the commercial construction industry.

We're growing our team and are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead field operations across our commercial construction projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role involving site coordination, crew supervision, project scheduling, safety, quality control, and installation oversight. Our projects are wide-ranging and challenging—ideal for someone with strong construction experience who takes pride in leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing and coordinating field operations on commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling crews to monitoring installation, safety, quality, and project progress through to completion.

What You Will Do

- Supervise and coordinate Crew Leads, installers, and subcontractors on active job sites.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, daily activities, and site priorities.
- Review drawings, specifications, site measurements, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Monitor project progress, labour targets, schedules, and site readiness.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Enforce company and site safety requirements, including PPE and safe work procedures.
- Ensure safety meetings, hazard assessments, inspections, and required documentation are completed.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, deficiencies, and rework.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, progress photos, and site documentation.
- Communicate project progress, risks, manpower needs, and site issues to Project and Production Managers.




- Identify changed conditions and out-of-scope work and communicate them to the Project Manager.
- Support project turnover, deficiency completion, and demobilization.

Requirements:

- 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction, architectural metals, miscellaneous metals, glazing, cladding, millwork, or a related installation trade.
- Minimum 3 years of field leadership or supervisory experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, installation methods, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, productivity, and site logistics.
- Experience using email, mobile devices, and construction/project-management software.
- Valid driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
- First Aid, CSTS, and Fall Protection certifications are preferred or must be obtained.
