Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Renovation Technician to bring expertise and enthusiasm to our agile team. In this role, you will execute high-quality bathroom remodels, utilizing your extensive construction skills to deliver exceptional results on every project. Your attention to detail and hands-on experience will help us exceed client expectations and elevate our reputation for excellence. We are NOT looking for sub-contractors.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently during renovation projects.
- Install and repair bathroom fixtures, cabinets, tiles, flooring, drywall, plumbing systems, electrical components, and ventilation as needed.
- Apply caulking, painting, and sealing techniques to ensure durable and visually appealing finishes.




- Measure spaces accurately for cabinetry installation and flooring layouts; estimate material needs for projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction, renovation, or carpentry with a focus on bathroom projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings confidently.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and electrical work is essential.
- Knowledge of general plumbing systems.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and schematic interpretation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Compensation will be based on experience.
