SKILLED LABOURER DUTIES
- All (P.D.I) Pre-delivery Inspection Prep work
- 30 Day Service Warranty repairs (Patching, Painting, Drywall, Mudding, Taping, Millwork, Tile, Caulking, Vinyl Flooring, Trim, Door Installation, Hardware Installation, Bathroom Accessory Installation)
- Hoarding Wall Install & Removal
- Concrete patchwork (rough and finished)
- Carpentry (rough/finished work)
- Etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be punctual and reliable to work full time hours
- Must have moderate to knowledgeable level of skilled work experience.
- Having your own tools is considered an asset
