Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets (e.g., screen, battery, charging port issues)
- Handle sales of phones, accessories, and related products
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Manage front-desk operations: check-ins, updates, and pickups
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Track inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Upsell additional services and accessories when appropriate
- Meet basic sales goals and service quality standards

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of smartphone hardware and repair processes




- Previous retail or repair experience is a strong asset
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
