Duties
- Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, blowers, and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from designated areas
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform detailed snow clearing tasks in hard-to-reach spots or delicate landscaping areas
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance throughout the winter season
- Apply salt or other de-icing materials safely to prevent ice formation on walkways and driveways
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize snow removal routes and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces for hazards caused by snow or ice buildup and address them promptly
Skills
