We are hiring skilled operators to run tractors & loaders to clear snow at commercial properties in Mississauga this upcoming winter. We use all brand current equipment with top of the line plows. Work occurs overnight and early mornings during snow events, with sites cleared before businesses open.
Pay guarantee of 40 hours bi-weekly ($2,000 every month).
Work Period: November 15 - April 15.
Responsibilities
- Operate tractors, loaders and snow removal equipment.
- Clear assigned properties on schedule.
- Apply salt and de-icing materials.
- Follow assigned routes and communicate progress or on-site issues.
- Use company software to log time, track jobs, and submit reports.
Qualifications
- Machine operating experience,
specifically snow plowing experience preferred.
- Able to work on-call at all times 24/7, depending on snowfall.
- Reliable, punctual and able to arrive on time independently.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to use smartphone to log time, track jobs and submit reports.
